- We added a side-by-side
Hot Point / GE Refridgerator; added copper pipe
to icemaker / water from main water heater pipe.
- Mini blinds were added to all windows except
main-house kitchen.
- Dead bolts were added to all outer doors
except front door.
- All doors were re-keyed. We have all keys.
- Cable outlets were added to all bedrooms
and main-house kitchen.
- Phone outlets were added to all bedrooms
(excluding guest in main house, it had the only
2 for the entire house) and main-house kitchen.
- Had house wired for two separate phone lines
if desired.
- Inside main-house there were two glass lighting-fixtures
added in hall and in dining area.
- Hardwood floors had carpet covering and stains
removed. All hardwood floors in
main-house were sanded and refinished (twice)
to get them right.
- Baseboard molding and paint was added to
all rooms with hardwoods in main house.
- Fireplace was refinished with gray paint.
Fireplace needs inspection because we have never
had time to use it.
- Curtains and rod were added to front room
of suite.
- Cabinet was added to main house kitchen above
left side of stove.
- Cabinet was added to main-house bathroom
behind door.
- Main-house bathroom tub walls were painted
white from pink.
- Towel holders and toilet paper holders were
added in both bathrooms were they did not exist.
- A toilet seat was added to suite bathroom.
- Concrete and rocks were added to make entrance
to driveway smoother!
- Sidewalks to and from carport and suite to
main-house were added. Banana trees and fig
tree were added to yard.
- We added a two-way heat / cool window unit
to suite
- Door jambs / weather stripping were added
and painted on main doors of suite and door
to suite’s kitchen.
- Central air unit filters added to unit each
month.
- Window locks added to all windows in master
bedroom and some suite windows
- Added washer and dryer hook-up for dryer
vent. It did not exist. |
